In furtherance of Metropolitan's mission to explore and enrich the American dramatic voice, the theater periodically offers classes.  Currently, we have no classes running, but check back !

Acting is acting, regardless of the medium, but each medium has its own characteristics and needs. Work those specific "commercial muscles" in authentic audition situations in front of the camera. We will work with copy, off boards and by memory, and on improv scenarios. Each class will resemble an actual commercial audition complete with taping, playback, and discussion. Commercial casting director Jennifer Kitchin will also be brought in during the course to answer questions, offer further feedback and discussion.
